How do I identify my pump model?
The pump nameplate carries the model and serial number. With these details we can determine the year of manufacture, the version and the correct spare-parts kits. If the nameplate is missing, photographs of the manifold and crankcase help – we identify the pump from its design.
Which spare parts should I keep in stock?
For uninterrupted operation we recommend at least one seal kit and one valve kit per pump model, plus crankcase oil ISO 68. For critical continuous-duty pumps, add plungers and, where appropriate, a complete replacement unit.
Why should I use original spare parts?
Only original parts guarantee the fit, material quality and service life that CAT PUMPS is known for. Replicas often differ in material and tolerances – that costs service life and can cause consequential damage to plungers and the manifold.
Does CAT PUMPS supply complete high-pressure units?
